The staff were amazing and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. They were attentive and looked after us throughout our stay. The new rooms in the hotel and the park residence were amazing, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and the ability to walk to nearby attractions.

Great car parking, delicious food in the restaurant, TV in bar area with world cup coverage, well-equipped and comfortable room. Easy access to one of Ireland's oldest parks. Good local bistro and bar within 2 mins walk.

The location was excellent, just adjacent to the lovely Herbert Park gardens. It was also very near the city centre, yet benefiting from the serenity of a park-side location. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were really good. the receptionist, Ilona, made me feel so welcome, almost like a member of the family. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was prime, with easy access to the Aviva Stadium and only 20 minutes away from the ferry. It was situated in a nice and quiet area, right beside a huge park. The hotel itself was beautiful, both inside and out. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including soundproofed walls for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff, especially at the reception desk, provided exceptional customer service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenient room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast, delivered right to our door each morning, was delicious and a great way to start the day. we highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The room was upgraded to a spacious apartment on the 5th floor. The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen, dining table, and sofa. The TV in the apartment was nice. The en suite bathroom was fine. The bed in the apartment was comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The service and staff in both the bar and dining room were excellent.

Friendly staff, modern Nespresso machine in room, good location for Ballsbridge, Aviva, and RDS. Comfortable with clean rooms and nice bar food options. Air conditioned rooms helpful during heat wave.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - nestled in a really lovely area that was easily accessible from the main route into the city. The transport links were also great, making it super easy to get into the center of town. The staff here were wonderful, especially the folks working at the reception desk, who consistently went above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. The amenities in the room were top-notch, too. I really appreciated having access to a mini-bar, as well as ironing and tea/coffee facilities. The room was also soundproofed, which made for a really peaceful stay.

Plus, there are facilities like a charging dock and air conditioning available in the rooms, making the stay even more convenient.

The lobby lacks suitable work tables and it can be inconvenient for business catch-ups or work, especially with low glass tables that make it difficult to use a computer or sit comfortably.
